Owner Dan Sauer is originally from London, England where he apprenticed at The Vidal Sassoon Academy before moving to the states in 2014. Since then, he has built a large and loyal clientele base in Raleigh and values the relationships he has with his clients that extend beyond the salon. He specializes in precision cuts, balayage, and blonding. Dan lives in Durham with his wife and baby boy.

Amber specializes in extensions and loves all things blonding, and that includes the brunette babes! She’s a big fan of enhancing natural color, and showing how a little change can make a big difference. She started her cosmetology career at Aveda Institute Chapel Hill and have been behind the chair for 12 years. Amber is our lead Bellami specialist, and loves helping clients achieve the fullness and length they dream of with extension installs. When she isn’t in the salon you can find her exploring Raleigh with her fur baby Lola.

Jase graduated from Mitchell’s Hair Styling Academy and has been working in the industry for seven years. She loves everything blonding, from her bright blondes to lived in color. Also a certified Bellami Extensions specialist, Jase is passionate about helping her clients achieve and maintain their long term hair goals. When she’s not behind the chair you can find her exploring new restaurants or enjoying time at the beach!

Summer is a stylist at R.Caspar Salon with four years in the beauty industry. After completing cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell in Raleigh, she started at R.Caspar as an assistant and worked her way behind the chair. She specializes in blonding, with a passion for creating soft, dimensional lived-in blondes that grow out beautifully.

Outside of the salon, Summer enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Finley, as well as going to the beach and being outdoors.
